Late last night on Antonycha Street, a 36-year-old driver of a Volkswagen Tiguan hit a parked Fiat Punto and Daewoo Nexia.

His test on a Drager device showed a result of 2.11 ppm. The driver received two reports: for driving while intoxicated and for the accident.
