In Lviv, patrol officers detected three intoxicated riders of electric vehicles who were operating an electric bicycle, an electric scooter and an electric moped while under the influence.
At the junction of Instrumentalna and Lincoln streets, the rider of a Corso electric bicycle, when tested on a Dräger device, showed 3.03‰ blood alcohol. He was issued a report under Part 2 of Article 130 of the Code of Ukraine on Administrative Offences for driving a vehicle while intoxicated for a second time within a year.
On St John Paul II Avenue, the rider of an electric scooter had a blood alcohol level of 1.83‰, and on Vyhovskoho Street, the test of the Crosser CR-21 electric moped rider showed a result of 1.13‰. Both riders received reports under Part 1 of Article 130 of the Code of Ukraine on Administrative Offences for driving a vehicle while intoxicated.
