About two offenders who disregarded traffic rules in front of the patrolmen
The first violator was found on Saint George’s Square. The trolleybus driver ignored the traffic light and drove through the intersection at a red light.
The patrol officers stopped the vehicle and issued a decree against the 64-year-old driver under Part 2 of Art. 122 (Driving at a prohibited traffic light signal) KUPAP. The fine is 510 hryvnias.
The driver of the BMW xDrive car, who, as it turned out, has already been brought to administrative responsibility several times, was found on Zamarstinivska Street. Kermanych made an exit onto the tram track of the opposite direction.
Inspectors stopped the car. The 38-year-old driver was issued a warrant by the patrol for the offense committed. The fine is 510 hryvnias.
