Over the course of a single night in the city, patrol police officers identified three intoxicated scooter riders on different streets.
On Bibliotechna Street, a 20-year-old scooter rider, when tested with a Dräger device, showed 1.82‰ blood alcohol.
Another incident occurred on Donetska Street, where a 22-year-old scooter rider agreed to undergo an examination in a medical facility, which returned a result of 1.54‰.
On Volynska Street, patrol officers stopped a 40-year-old e-scooter rider who showed signs of drug intoxication. The man refused to undergo testing.
All three men were issued reports under Part 1 of Article 130 of the Code of Ukraine on Administrative Offences (driving a vehicle while intoxicated).
