In Nova Kamyanka firefighters saved three outbuildings from the blaze

In the village of Nova Kamyanka in Lviv district, during a fire in a residential house, rescuers managed to save three neighbouring outbuildings from the flames, the Main Department of the State Emergency Service of Ukraine in Lviv region reported.

The fire broke out on 29 May at 12:32. By the time the fire crews arrived at the scene, the residential house was already completely engulfed in flames.

Three units were involved in extinguishing the blaze: emergency workers from the city of Rava-Ruska, the city of Zhovkva and the local fire brigade of the village of Hiyche. In total, eight rescuers were working with three pieces of specialist equipment.

Firefighters contained the fire at 14:07 and fully extinguished it at 15:05. While tackling the blaze, they prevented the fire from spreading to three neighbouring outbuildings, which remained undamaged.

According to the State Emergency Service, no one was injured as a result of the fire. The cause of the fire is being established by experts.
