In the town of Novyi Rozdil in Stryi district, rescuers helped medics get a seriously ill man to an emergency ambulance for further hospitalisation.
They reported that at 05:27 on 2 August, the Rescue Service “101” received a request for assistance in transporting a patient who required hospitalisation.
Rescuers from the 11th State Fire and Rescue Unit in Novyi Rozdil used a wheelchair to carry the man from a flat on the second floor of a four-storey residential building to the emergency ambulance.
After assisting with the patient’s transfer, the medics took him to Novyi Rozdil City Hospital for further treatment.
