In Pidkamin, in the Zolochiv district, on 28th April at 08:08, the Rescue Service “101” received a report of a fire in a VAZ-2106 car. By the time the firefighters arrived, the car was already engulfed in flames, with the engine compartment and interior on fire.
The SES personnel contained the fire by 08:16 and completely extinguished it by 08:22, preventing the complete destruction of the vehicle. Firefighters recommend that drivers monitor the technical condition of their cars, as faulty electrical wiring or fuel leaks can lead to ignition.
If smoke or the smell of burning appears, stop the car immediately, turn off the engine, and use a fire extinguisher. In the event of a fire, always call 101.
