An accident occurred in Sambir, resulting in a pedestrian being injured.
The incident happened on July 24 at around 17:05 on Promyslova Street. According to preliminary data, the driver of a Gmax Racer motorcycle, a 21-year-old resident of Sambir, hit a pedestrian, a 54-year-old local resident. As a result of the accident, the pedestrian sustained injuries and was hospitalized.
Investigators from the Sambir District Police Department have opened a criminal case under part 1 of article 286 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine, which envisages imprisonment for up to three years with deprivation of the right to drive vehicles for the same period. Law enforcement officers are establishing the circumstances of the event.
