In the village of Kopani in the Zolochiv district, a fire broke out in a single-storey residential house, which was promptly extinguished by firefighters, with no casualties reported.
According to the Main Department of the State Emergency Service of Ukraine in Lviv region, today, 10 June, at 11:27 the Rescue Service “101” received a report of a fire in a residential building in the village of Kopani.
Firefighters from the town of Zolochiv and the settlement of Pomoryany responded to the call. When the rescuers arrived at the scene, thick black smoke was coming from under the roof of the house.
The fire in the building’s ceiling and roof was contained at 12:02, and at 12:23 it was completely extinguished, preventing the home from being entirely destroyed by the flames.
Twelve rescuers and 3 units of specialised equipment were involved in extinguishing the fire. The causes and circumstances of the blaze are being established by experts. No one was injured in the fire.
