In the village of Maidan in Lviv district, a fatal road traffic collision involving a mototractor occurred.
The crash happened on 17 June at around 18:50. According to preliminary police reports, the driver of a Bulat T-200 mototractor, a 62-year-old resident of Lviv district, lost control, causing the vehicle to overturn.
The man sustained injuries incompatible with life and died at the scene.
Investigators of Police Station No. 2 of Lviv District Police Department No. 1 have opened criminal proceedings under Part 2 of Article 286 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine – violation of road safety rules or the operation of transport by persons driving vehicles.
The police are establishing the circumstances of the road traffic collision.
