In the village of Perevolochna in Zolochiv district, a fire broke out in a residential house. The Rescue Service “101” received the report on 30 August at 23:20.
Firefighters from the urban-type settlement of Olesko and the village of Zabolottsi responded to the call. By the time the rescuers arrived, the house was already engulfed in flames across its entire area.
The fire was contained at 01:07 on 31 August and fully extinguished at 02:02. Eight rescuers and two units of specialised equipment were involved in tackling the blaze.
Experts are establishing the causes and circumstances of the fire.
