On the evening of 11 August in the village of Silets in the Sheptytskyi district, rescuers from the town of Sosnivka were called out to assist medics in gaining access to a residential house where a 69-year-old man in need of medical assistance was located.
Specialists from the rescue service provided access to the wooden residential house and found the man lying on the floor.
Together with the emergency medical staff, the rescuers carried the casualty on a stretcher to the ambulance. The man was taken to hospital with a preliminary diagnosis of stroke.
