In the village of Yazy in Sambir district, a fire broke out in a residential building during the night, in which a man born in 1979 died. The incident was reported to the Rescue Service “101” on 13 July at 01:26.
Firefighters from the 12th State Fire and Rescue Unit of the city of Sambir and the local fire brigade of the village of Voyutychi were dispatched to the scene. When the firefighters arrived, the single-storey wooden residential building was completely engulfed in flames.
While extinguishing the fire inside the building, the rescuers discovered the body of the deceased man. The fire was contained at 03:07 and fully extinguished at 04:30.
The cause of the house fire is being established by specialists.
