On Monday, November 11, at around 3:20 PM, a traffic accident occurred on the “Kovel – Volodymyr – Chervonohrad – Zhovkva” highway, within the boundaries of Hirnyk village in Sheptytskyi district.
Preliminary reports indicate that an Isuzu school bus driven by a 67-year-old resident of Lviv district overturned under circumstances that are currently being investigated. At the time of the accident, there were no children or minors on board.
As a result of the incident, the following individuals were injured:
- the driver of the bus,
- a 61-year-old male passenger from Sheptytskyi district.
Both were transported to a medical facility for treatment.
Police are conducting an investigation to clarify all the details of the accident and are determining the appropriate legal classification of the event.
