
In Slavske, rescuers assisted a 55-year-old man who fell ill while in the mountains.
On 25 June at 11:51 a report was received that a man on a mountain near Slavske in the Stryi district required urgent medical assistance after suddenly feeling unwell.
When the rescuers arrived at the scene, they used a special rescue hammock to transport the casualty through difficult mountainous terrain to an ambulance.
The 55-year-old man, with a preliminary diagnosis of “myocardial infarction”, was taken to a medical facility.
