In the villages of Solonka and Lapaivka in Lviv district, local residents discovered explosive devices. Rescuers warn that such finds pose a deadly threat to people and urge everyone to strictly follow safety rules.
Emergency services remind the public of the key steps to take if a suspicious object is found:
- under no circumstances touch the object or attempt to move it;
- do not strike the object, dismantle it or throw it into a fire;
- do not allow other people near the place where it was found;
- move away to a safe distance using the same route by which you arrived;
- immediately report the find by calling 101 or 102.
Rescuers stress that curiosity in such situations can cost lives, so you must not risk your own safety or ignore the established rules for handling explosive devices.
