In the third decade of October, warm weather prevailed in the Lviv region.
The average decade air temperature in the plains was 8.4° – 9.4° Celsius, in the mountains 6.7° – 7.5°, which is 1.5° – 2.2° above the norm. Rainfall of varying intensity was observed across the entire territory. According to the meteorological stations in the region, the total precipitation amounted to 6 – 26 mm, or 35 – 104% of the decade norm.
Agricultural and meteorological conditions were favorable for harvesting late agricultural crops and for the growth of wintering crops.
