In the settlement of Velykyi Liubin in Lviv district, a fire broke out at night in a three-storey brick residential building. The report of the fire reached the Rescue Service “101” on 25 August at 00:09.
The flames engulfed the roof of the building. Firefighters from Velykyi Liubin, as well as from the towns of Horodok and Rudky, were dispatched to the scene to extinguish the blaze.
The fire was brought under control at 01:32, and at 02:27 it was fully extinguished, preventing the complete destruction of the residential building by the flames.
Ten firefighters and three units of special equipment were involved in extinguishing the fire. Experts are establishing the causes and circumstances of the blaze.
