In the town of Zhovkva in Lviv district, rescuers helped gain access to a flat where a three-year-old child had accidentally become locked inside. The incident occurred on 9 October at 08:58 in a residential building on the third floor.
According to the rescuers, the girl was alone in the flat and was unable to open the door by herself. The whole time they were waiting for help, the child remained in voice contact with her mother, which helped to keep her calm.
Zhovkva rescuers used special equipment to open the door and provide access to the home. Fortunately, the girl was unharmed and did not require medical assistance.
