According to Yuriy Kukoba, residents of the house at 19a Bandera Street are unable to use the shelter, as it was “occupied” by unknown persons who drink alcohol and use drugs. Therefore, the Director of the Cherkasy City Council appealed to law enforcement agencies to take the necessary measures to restore public order.
