In Lviv, two people were injured in a car collision, and the police are determining the circumstances.
The traffic accident occurred on September 10, around 21:15, at the intersection of Stryiska and Maksymovycha streets in Lviv. **As previously determined by law enforcement officers**, there was a collision between a Tesla, driven by a 22-year-old Lviv resident, and a Nissan Qashqai, driven by a 31-year-old female resident of Lviv.
As a result of the accident, the driver of the Nissan Qashqai and a passenger of the Tesla, a 22-year-old Lviv resident, sustained bodily injuries and were hospitalized. The investigative department of the Lviv region police has initiated a criminal case under Part 2 of Article 286 “Violation of traffic safety rules” of the Criminal Code of Ukraine. The penalty under this article provides for imprisonment for a term of three to eight years with deprivation of the right to drive vehicles for up to three years or without such.
