The Stryi District Prosecutor’s Office succeeded in a legal case against a local entrepreneur who illegally used a plot of land near the ‘Kamyanka’ waterfall, located in the ‘Skole Beskids’ National Nature Park. The Commercial Court ruled that the entrepreneur must dismantle a one-story wooden structure used for commercial purposes, as it was built without the necessary permits in the riverside protective zone of the Kamyanka River. This violation led to legal actions by the prosecutor’s office. Following the court’s decree, the prosecutor’s office will take all necessary measures to ensure its execution.
