Lviv Oblast is the first region of Ukraine where the Diya service account is widely implemented in courts.
These are checks at checkpoints at the entrance to the courthouse. This became possible thanks to the well-established cooperation of the Territorial Administration of the State Judicial Administration of Ukraine in the Lviv Region, the Territorial Administration of the Court Security Service in the Lviv Region, the Department of Digital Development of the Ukrainian Administrative Court with the assistance and support of the Ministry of Digital Transformation of Ukraine.
A service account is a special version of the Action for authorization under the name of a company or institution, which allows you to check citizens’ digital documents.
How does it work?
An employee of TU SSO enters the service account after reading a special QR code. After that, a scanner will open in the application, which is pointed at the QR code of the citizen’s digital document. In this way, the employee will receive the status of the document being checked. If “Document found” is highlighted, it is valid; if “Document not found” is fake.

A service account will be useful for:
for ministries, courts, regional administrations and other state bodies, where visitors’ documents are checked at the entrance
universities and libraries, where you need to show the student ID
carriers who check passengers’ documents for boarding a bus or train
other institutions that verify documents in their activities
We remind you that there are already more than 2,200 partners in the Lviv region, including local self-government bodies, central executive bodies in the Lviv region, centers for the provision of administrative services, social protection administrations, hotels, medical institutions, educational institutions, cultural institutions, sports clubs, carriers and many others .
How can an institution implement a Service account?
On the Diia portal, select the Service account service (https://diia.gov.ua/services/sluzhbovij-akaunt-u-diyi) → click Get QR code → log in with the electronic signature of the head of the institution or FOP → fill out the questionnaire.
