The court ordered the company to return the land plot to the Lviv community.
Upon the request of the Lviv Regional Prosecutor’s Office, the court decided on the return of 1.6 hectares of land in the village of Lysynychi. This land is designated for the construction of multi-apartment residential buildings. In 2018, the Lysynychi village council put the land plots up for auction, but a proper monetary evaluation was not conducted. The auction winner received the right to lease at a reduced price.
The identified violations prompted the prosecutor to appeal to the court. The prosecutor demanded that the lease agreements be declared invalid, the state registration of property rights be annulled, and the lands be returned to the community. The court of first instance denied the claim, but the appellate court satisfied it.
The **Supreme Court** has already satisfied two similar claims concerning adjoining plots in Lysynychi with a total area of 3 hectares.
