Under the procedural leadership of the Lviv Regional Prosecutor’s Office, a citizen of Ukraine was notified in absentia of suspicion based on the facts of collaborative activity and justification, recognition as legitimate, denial of the armed aggression of the Russian Federation against Ukraine, glorification of its participants (Part 6 of Article 111-1, Part 2, 3 of Article 436 -2 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine).
According to the investigation, a native of Odesa blogs with an audience of thousands, where she actively publishes anti-Ukrainian publications and justifies the occupiers. Her Telegram channel has about 100,000 subscribers.
In particular, the defendant was one of the first to actively justify the Russian occupiers for undermining the Kakhovskaya HPP.
The woman is also the co-founder of one of Russia’s largest propaganda telegram channels, which daily supports armed aggression against Ukraine and holds meetings for the Russian occupation forces.
In addition, the suspect systematically makes public appearances on Russian propaganda channels, where she publicly denies the occupation of Ukraine and glorifies the Russian government.

Note: in accordance with Art. 62 of the Constitution of Ukraine, a person is considered innocent of committing a crime and cannot be subjected to criminal punishment until his guilt is proven in a legal manner and established by a court verdict.
