Vitaliy Lykhoglyad won a bronze medal at the European Cadet Judo Cup.
The competition took place in the Slovak city of Samorin on February 13-14. The athlete from Lviv region took third place in the weight category up to 55 kg. “Vitaliy is an 8th-grade student at the Lviv Professional College of Sports, he also represents the Lviv Regional Center for Olympic Preparation at competitions”, notes the director of the Department of Sports, Youth, and Tourism of the Lviv Regional State Administration Roman Khimyak.
The Ukrainian national team took second place in the overall team standings of the European Cup.
