
A sergeant of a military unit is suspected of conspiring for fake treatment in Lviv.
According to the investigation, the 55-year-old sergeant promised to organize treatment for another military personnel at a Lviv hospital without medical indications for a fee. He demanded **15,000 US dollars** for using his connections to arrange with doctors to issue a referral for treatment.
*Law enforcement documented the bribe* in two stages: initially 1,500 dollars, then another 13,500 dollars. After this, the military personnel was detained and informed of the suspicion under Part 3 of Article 369-2 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine. The involvement of other individuals in the crime is being verified.
