The traffic accident happened on July 2 around 7:00 p.m. in the village of Obroshino, Lviv district.
As previously established by law enforcement officers, two Renault Laguna cars collided, one of which was driven by a 32-year-old resident of the Lviv district, the other by a 31-year-old resident of the city of Sambir. As a result of the collision, a 32-year-old female passenger of one of the cars received injuries and was taken to the hospital.
According to the fact, investigators of police department No. 3 of Lviv district police department No. 2 opened criminal proceedings under Part 1 of Article 286 (Violation of traffic safety rules) of the Criminal Code of Ukraine. The maximum penalty provided by the sanction of the article is restriction of liberty for a term of up to three years, with deprivation of the right to drive vehicles for a term of up to three years.
