Every day at 9 a.m., the city comes to a halt to honor fallen heroes. Today at the intersection of Lypynskiy — Promyslova, patrol officers stopped traffic.
However, the driver of a Kia Soul chose to ignore all directives and drove through the intersection, disregarding the gestures of the traffic controller as well as the flashing lights. The patrol immediately caught up with and stopped the violator. The 47-year-old driver was issued a notice by inspectors for violating part 2 of Article 122 ‘Driving through a prohibited traffic controller gesture’ of the Code on Administrative Offenses.
