They injured 1658 people and, unfortunately, 132 people died.
This was reported to the Holos Sokalshchyny by the Lviv Regional Police.
It should be noted that in July, the highest number of deaths was recorded compared to other months – 28 people.
For the first time in several years, the highest number of accidents with victims is recorded on Tuesdays. Most often, such accidents occur around 6 p.m.
Only the causes of accidents remain stable – traffic violations
Among them are: non-compliance with the speed limit, violation of maneuvering rules, failure to maintain distance, driving while intoxicated, and violation of pedestrian crossings.
