In the Lviv region on 29 May, police officers responded to 1,341 reports from members of the public. All calls were dealt with: law enforcement officers attended incidents and provided the necessary assistance, the Lviv Region Police reported.
The department thanked residents for their vigilance and reminded them that if they spot suspicious individuals or potentially explosive or suspicious objects, they should immediately call the emergency hotline 102.
Police also drew the attention of residents of the region to the need not to ignore air-raid warning signals: when the siren sounds, people should remain calm and proceed to the nearest shelter, taking care of their own safety and that of their loved ones.
