Under the procedural leadership of the Lviv Regional Prosecutor’s Office, a pre-trial investigation was launched into the facts of violation of the laws and customs of war (Part 2 of Article 438 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine).
According to the investigation, on July 6, 2023, around 2:46 a.m., the occupiers shelled Lviv. A residential building was destroyed as a result of being hit by an enemy rocket. Previously, 4 people died, 34 people were injured. Data on the victims are being clarified.
Analysis of the collapsed house and search and rescue operations are ongoing.
Priority measures are being taken to fix the crime committed by the army of the aggressor country.
