A 28-year-old resident of Turka is accused of producing and distributing child pornography.
According to the investigation, the man filmed indecent acts with a 15-year-old girl and stored the videos on his phone. He also created a Telegram channel to disseminate the materials. To retaliate against a former partner, he sent the video of their sexual act to other users.
During the search, a significant amount of pornographic material was confiscated from him. The prosecution has filed charges for crimes under the Criminal Code of Ukraine. He has been detained without the right to bail as a preventative measure.
Investigative actions continue, with other victims being identified. The pre-trial investigation is conducted by the Main Directorate of the National Police in the Lviv region.
