A court in Lviv region found a woman with a group 3 disability guilty of illegally transporting a person across the state border.
According to the case file, the woman, being a group 3 disabled person, decided to marry her friend’s son, a man born in 2003, to facilitate his travel abroad, to which he would be entitled if he had a disabled wife.
