On Wednesday morning, April 10, around 09:40, a serious road accident occurred on the Lviv–Shehyni highway within the city limits of Sudova Vyshnia, Yavoriv district.
Preliminary reports indicate that a Mercedes Sprinter minibus and a GAZelle truck collided on the road. As a result of the impact, both vehicles caught fire.
The crash injured both drivers and five passengers from the Mercedes Sprinter. All the injured were promptly taken to medical facilities for treatment.
Police are currently investigating the circumstances of the crash, identifying all individuals involved, and verifying their medical conditions. The legal classification of the incident is also being determined in accordance with the law.
The investigation is being handled by the Yavoriv District Police Department of the National Police in the Lviv region.
