The Kulykivka territorial community has announced temporary restrictions on services related to the registration of place of residence. The reason is the unavailability of the Register of Territorial Communities during a specified period.
It is noted that from 20 to 24 September 2026 inclusive, the Register of Territorial Communities will not be in operation. During this time it will not be possible to carry out any registration actions concerning place of residence, either in communities that use the SMS Territorial Community Register, or in communities with their own software.
During this period, the Kulykivka Settlement Council’s ASC will temporarily not provide the following services:
- declaration or registration (change) of place of residence;
- removal from a declared or registered place of residence;
- issuing an extract from the Territorial Community Register concerning place of residence.
At the same time, an extract on place of residence will be available in electronic form via the Diia portal or the Diia mobile application.
The community asks that this information be taken into account when planning visits to the ASC, and that administrators and visitors be informed in advance about the temporary unavailability of the relevant services. Once the Register resumes operations, services at the ASC will be provided as normal.
