On 26 August, forecasters predict varying levels of fire hazard, ranging from no risk to an extremely high one. In particular, no fire hazard (Class 1) and a moderate fire hazard (Class 3) are expected, while in places in the northern part of the area there may be high (Class 4) and extreme (Class 5) levels.
Under such conditions, the likelihood of fires starting and spreading rapidly in ecosystems increases locally where ignition sources are present, especially open flames. Residents are urged to be careful with fire in open areas and not to burn dry vegetation.
