From 20 to 24 September 2026 inclusive, the Register of Territorial Communities will be temporarily unavailable, so administrative service centres will not carry out any registration actions relating to place of residence.
On these dates, the Administrative Services Centres will not provide the following services:
- declaration or registration (change) of place of residence;
- deregistration from a declared or registered place of residence;
- issuing an extract from the Register of the Territorial Community regarding place of residence in paper form.
At the same time, an extract regarding place of residence during this period can be obtained in electronic form via the Diia Portal or the Diia mobile application.
Residents are asked to take this information into account when planning visits to the Administrative Services Centres on the specified dates.
