The administrative services centre is temporarily not providing a number of services due to technical maintenance of the information systems of the State Migration Service of Ukraine and the territorial community register.
The following services are currently suspended:
- production and issuance of passport documents;
- issuance of extracts;
- registration and deregistration of place of residence.
The operation of state registers has not yet been restored. Additional information will be provided on the resumption of document intake and services for citizens at the ASCs.
The administration calls on citizens to treat these temporary technical restrictions with understanding.
