In the Truskavets community, data collection is planned for the allocation of cash assistance to internally displaced persons from UNHCR. Registration will be carried out by the Right to Protection charitable foundation.
The event will take place on 29 September 2026 from 11:00 to 13:00 in the city of Truskavets at the address: pl. Chornovola, 2 (the building of the Department of Social Protection and Healthcare). People will be received both on a first-come, first-served basis and by prior appointment.
The following may apply:
- internally displaced persons who have relocated within the last 45 days due to threat to life, shelling or evacuation;
- IDPs who relocated from 46 days to 6 months ago;
- persons who have returned home after forced displacement within Ukraine or from abroad in the last 12 months, but not earlier than 3 months ago.
For the second and third categories of applicants, the selection will take into account, in particular, income of up to UAH 8,300 per family member, living conditions, family composition and existing vulnerabilities.
To complete registration, applicants must have the originals of the following documents: passport, identification code, IDP certificate, children’s birth certificates, IBAN banking details, as well as documents confirming disability or guardianship (if available). The personal presence of all family members is mandatory.
The final decision on inclusion in the programme and registration is made by a specialist of the Right to Protection charitable foundation after an interview with the applicant and verification of compliance with the assistance criteria.
