On 19 October 2026 in Zolochiv, the charitable foundation “Right to Protection” will be collecting data from internally displaced persons to participate in the UNHCR cash assistance programme. Registration will take place from 11:00 to 14:00 at: Zolochiv, 7 Pachovskyi Street (Department of Social Protection of the Zolochiv District State Administration, CCC).
Registration will be carried out on a first-come, first-served basis and by prior appointment via an online form. The following may apply:
- IDPs who have been displaced within the last 45 days due to a threat to life, shelling or mandatory evacuation;
- IDPs who have been living with displaced status from 46 days to 6 months and left because of the war;
- people who have returned home after forced displacement within Ukraine or from abroad, if the return took place within the last 12 months and not earlier than 3 months ago.
Additional criteria apply to categories 2 and 3: income per family member must not exceed UAH 8,300 per month. Proximity of the place of residence to the front line, housing conditions, family composition and existing vulnerabilities are also taken into account.
You can register for a consultation even if your family has already received assistance from other international organisations, provided that more than three months have passed since the last payment.
To register, you must have the originals of the following documents with you:
- passport;
- taxpayer identification number (TIN);
- IDP certificate or another document confirming the fact of displacement;
- children’s birth certificates;
- bank card of the head of household with IBAN account number;
- documents confirming disability or guardianship (if available).
The presence of all family members at the registration point is mandatory. For people with limited mobility and children under three years of age, registration based on original documents is allowed, provided a medical certificate is available.
The foundation emphasises that the final decision on the possibility of registration and participation in the programme is made by a specialist after a personal interview and verification of compliance with all criteria. Booking an electronic queue slot is only preliminary registration and does not guarantee receipt of assistance.
