The project provides training for librarians, in particular, in digitization.
Public libraries of 18 communities of Lviv Oblast are participating in the second stage of the project “Library Capacity Development – Hubs of Digital Education”, which is implemented by the NGO “Ukrainian Library Association” with the support of the United Nations Development Program and the Ministry of Digital Transformation of Ukraine in 12 oblasts of Ukraine – Vinnytsia, Volyn, Zhytomyr, Zakarpattia, Ivano-Frankivsk, Kirovohrad, Lviv, Poltava, Rivne, Ternopil, Khmelnytsky, Cherkasy.
During May 15-19 of this year, the Lviv Regional Training Center will conduct online training for library coordinators – Community Digital Education Hubs.
The training participants will deepen their knowledge and skills in digitalization, get acquainted with the best library practices, exchange experience and be able to provide new services and conduct activities on acquiring digital skills for residents of their communities.
In the Lviv region, the libraries of Bibrska, Borynska, Boryslavska, Brodivska, Zhydachivska, Zhovkivska, Ivano-Frankivska, Medenytska, Morshynska, Novoyavorivska, Pustomytivska, Radekhivska, Rudkivska, Sokalska, Turkivska, Khodorivska, Chrvonogradska and Yavorivska communities are participating in the project.
