Land electronic auctions for the sale of lease rights for communal agricultural land plots will be held on August 30
The first plot of land is located within the boundaries of the Rudkiv Territorial Community of the Sambir District, outside the settlement.

The second plot is within the boundaries of the Dobromyl territorial community of the Sambir district, outside the settlement.
It is intended for commercial agricultural production. The area of the plot is 14.10 hectares, the starting amount of the annual fee is UAH 44,944.63. More details at the link
“Land auctions serve as an instrument of purposeful state policy, which allows you to lease communally owned land to individuals or legal entities in order to attract investments to local budgets,” said Tetyana Getman, director of the department of agro-industrial development of Lviv OVA.
The deadline for submitting price offers is until 8:00 p.m. on August 29, 2023.
