The state is launching a new business support tool — a 0% interest loan for energy equipment.
The program’s goal is to ensure stable operation of businesses even during outages. This will allow maintaining production, clients, and jobs. “The program launch is on February 2, 2026”, the announcement states. The program offers a preferential 0% annual loan under the “Affordable Loans 5-7-9%” scheme.
The loan is available for sole proprietors and legal entities, including micro, small, and medium businesses. The loan term is up to 3 years, with amounts up to 10 million UAH for purchasing and connecting energy equipment. The difference between the market rate and 0% is compensated by the state through the Enterprise Development Fund.
The loan can only be obtained for energy equipment that ensures autonomy. This includes generation facilities like gas turbine, gas piston, biogas, diesel, gasoline, and gas generators.
