Today, the Lviv region is a humanitarian corridor between Europe and the regions most affected by hostilities. The Lviv region also receives Ukrainians who leave their homes every day due to the war. All critical infrastructure facilities in the region are working properly.
During the three weeks of the war in the Lviv region, there were no significant disruptions in the work of services responsible for public utilities. Their employees guard the safety and comfort of the region’s residents around the clock.
Reliable operation of utilities, including enterprises of electricity, gas, heat, water supply in martial law can be provided only in the case of payment for energy consumed.
Relevant services ensure constant access of the population to gas, electricity and water. And this is the comfort and safety of the residents of the region and Ukrainians who have found refuge here.
“Therefore, I urge everyone to contribute to the smooth operation of critical infrastructure by paying for utilities. At the same time, those involved in inciting and calling for non-payment of utilities will be identified and appropriate measures will be taken against them, “said Bohdan Keivan, head of the Department of Fuel and Energy Complex, Energy Efficiency and Housing and Communal Services of Lviv Regional State Administration.
