On March 9, the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine adopted Resolution №246 on the shares of crediting the excise tax on fuel to territorial communities in the first half of this year. These shares depend on the volume of fuel sales in the second half of 2021).
Yesterday, the territorial communities of Lviv region received the excise tax due to them since the beginning of the year, namely UAH 89 million of excise tax on fuel.
In the future, the tax will be received daily (at least until the end of martial law, as the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine has adopted a law on the temporary abolition of this tax in order to reduce the cost of fuel).
The Finance Department of the Lviv OVA forecasts that its total revenues for the quarter will amount to over UAH 100 million.
