In January–September 2026, the general fund of local budgets in Lviv region received UAH 36.5 billion in taxes and fees. The planned targets were exceeded by UAH 903 million, which is 2.5% above the approved plan. The regional budget received UAH 5.9 billion, or 101% of the plan. This was reported by Deputy Head of the Lviv Regional State Administration Ivan Sobko.
Over the nine months, the annual plan targets were fulfilled at 77% for the region’s budgets overall and 79% for the regional budget. Compared with the same period in 2025, revenues to local budgets in Lviv region increased by UAH 7.3 billion, or 25%. For the regional budget, the increase amounted to UAH 1.4 billion, or 32%.
The special fund of the regional budget, which receives earmarked revenues, took in UAH 2.6 billion over the first nine months of 2026. This is 3.8% less than in the same period last year.
Taxpayers in Lviv region also transferred UAH 156 billion to the state budget. Compared with January–September 2025, these revenues increased by UAH 35 billion, or 28.9%. It is noted that starting from April 2026, the positive dynamics of state budget revenues have been improving every month.
