Energy Support for Private Entrepreneurs: Launch of the Program in Diia

Today, the program “Energy Support for Private Entrepreneurs” is launching in Diia with financial assistance up to 15,000 UAH.

This initiative is aimed at supporting Ukrainian entrepreneurs during the challenging winter period, preserving jobs, and ensuring the stable operation of services and production amidst continuous Russian attacks and emergency shutdowns. The project is implemented by the Ministry of Economy, Environment, and Agriculture of Ukraine, the Ministry of Digital Transformation of Ukraine, and the State Employment Service.

The financial assistance, provided non-refundable, ranges from 7,500 to 15,000 UAH and depends on the number of hired employees. Eligible recipients are private entrepreneurs of the 2nd or 3rd group, registered no later than December 1, 2025, having at least one hired employee, and no outstanding debt on the payment of unified social tax.

Sectors eligible for support include food (bakeries, coffee shops, canteens), health (pharmacies, private medical offices), service (repair teams, workshops), social support (kindergartens, development centers), and logistics (courier services).

The funds can be spent on anything that provides energy: from fuel for generators to solar panels, batteries, inverters, and their installation or payment for electricity services.

To apply, you need to log into the Diia portal, select the service “Support for Private Entrepreneurs for Energy Resilience”, verify your data, specify what you plan to spend the funds on, sign the application, and wait for the funds to be credited to your Diia card. The program runs from February to March 2026.
