The Pension Fund of Ukraine (PFU) implemented the possibility of reviewing notifications about the results of decisions made regarding the appointment/non-appointment/refusal of the appointment of housing subsidies.
They were placed in the personal office of the applicant on the web portal of electronic services of the PFU.
To get acquainted with the information about the assigned housing subsidy, you need to take several steps:
Step 1. Go to the web portal of electronic services of the Pension Fund of Ukraine portal.pfu.gov.ua
Step 2. Sign in using a qualified electronic signature (KEP) or Diya.Pidpisu or GOV.UA. Enter your personal account.
Step 3. In the menu on the left, select the heading “My messages”.
Step 4. In the window that appears on the screen, go to “Individual messages” and read the text of the message about the decision on the housing subsidy.
