Five land plots are being put up for electronic auction for business development. These include two plots in Lviv and three in the village of Mali Pidlysky near the city. The bidding is planned in an electronic format and is being organised by the land resources department.
In Lviv, two industrial plots are being sold. The first is located on the planned Pivnichna Street, near the Syhnivka industrial zone. It has an area of 2.0107 ha and is designated for the construction of a complex of production and warehouse buildings with an administrative and amenities block. The second plot, with an area of 2.5602 ha, is located in the Riasne-2 industrial zone and is intended for the construction of industrial and production facilities with storage and administrative and amenities premises. The announcement states that starting prices are set for both lots, but specific amounts are not indicated.
In Mali Pidlysky, on Pivdenna Street, three plots are being prepared for auction. Land at this location has previously been sold via the Prozorro.Sale system, after which new facilities appeared there and are now in operation. This time, 0.8 ha is being auctioned for the construction and maintenance of tourist infrastructure facilities and food service establishments, with a starting price of 5,126,160 UAH.
Another plot of 0.45 ha is designated for the construction of an office building, with a starting price of 3,032,460 UAH. A separate lot offers 1.2 ha for the construction of a hotel with a starting price of 7,398,120 UAH. The organisers of the auction stress that these plots are aimed at developing tourist and service infrastructure, as well as attracting investment into the industrial zones of Lviv and surrounding settlements.
